I've got some bad news. Back home after spending 6 hours at the airport. On the plane for an hour, got de-iced twice.
Pilot finally came on and said he didn't have permission to cancel the flight, but they would have to find another two pilots.
We have one more shot at 8:30 am tomorrow, else all flights from around here are booked til after Sunday.
Crossing our fingers, need this damn ice rain to stop and the weather forecast remains iffy for tomorrow.
Will keep you posted. Was do in Las Vegas in an hour.

KC......are ya flying as a ticketed passenger, or as a non-rev? if you're ticketed, they'll find a way to get you there once the weather lets up, even if it's on a different airline....if you're non-rev, well, to put it mildly, you're screwed
did you call sunset?because someone called me for a room and every room out here is sold even the flea bag places downtown.

I'm in Witchita, still ice raining this morning. Heading to the airport.
Flying United throught Denver. Yes we are ticketed passengers.
Fletcher, I canceled last night's room, but still reserved for the rest of trip.

Looks like I'll have some of the same problems tonite - Milwaukee got hit with a fair amount of snow...
Just hope they have it all cleaned up by the time I leave tonite...

Hopefully my last update before Vegas becomes a reality.
Get this - plane is delayed to 1:00p, so will miss the Denver/Vegas connection. Tried flying to PHX,HOU,STL,MSP,DAL,KCI, &CHI. All flights from these cities are full today, except O"hare. Weather looked risky going there, so we opted for this:
Wichita-Denver-SF-LAS: Supposed to get there anytime between 7:30 and 11:30p.
Fletcher, just recomfirmed our room and still have it. Long day ahead.

Bohica....... your group just renting a car, or do you have a plan on a ride from the airport already? I'll be picking up a couple of others there around 10 ish on saturday morning, and the car is SUPPOSED to be a luxury, so should hold a bundle
