LET me make this claer to you there is NO real DJ's today.

I was a mobile dj for 21 years up until late 90's

This so called elctronic juke box was horrible the sound quality made my ears bleed

the dance floor was empty most of night only a few people got up did the line dance side step kick turn shake right shake left thing.
YOU have a crwod of teens here about 80 guest in all and the dance floor is fucking empty

DJ used mike to announce food is served then at end to say i only can play 3 more songs and cannot take anymore request and thanked bartenders for working with him ?????

I mean this dude was off the stage while music kept playing WTF is that??? Nothing but garbage and song selection while people were dancing was like a train wreck blending one song to another .....lol

I requested one great party song by Pink called lets the party started he never played it.

MY CD i have recorded and loaded in my car steroe system is better than what this jo had on his screen

urghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i said i'm going to go buy two tuyntables amp and speakers and from now on my niece aint hiring any auto play juke boxes and i'll bury any one who thinks they can truly dj a party

MY sound quality was clear as a bell never distorted at all no matter if was CD or vinyl or casette tape

had two huge EV speakers with 6's tweeters 500 watt amp and the mixer a numark 1800 with 6 bar equalizer if i needed more as like a prom i only added two more speakers to cover the large dance floor and room

MY only problem was the hollow wooden dance floor even a cd player would shut off

didnt play many parties where i had that problem

funny thing tho the belt drive turntables never skipped the direct drive ones we used technics 1200 did.

they were top model of all cost total with stylus $500 each.

I guess thats why i loved the series on HBO VINYL

I hope HBO runs it again ...

ffffughing fake elctronic dj's today

Scrappy, your posts are always from the passionate heart you have. This was a good one. Good luck and send some clips of your first party you host. I would also like to see what the playlist would be that you would play. Post it if you have a chance. Thanks.
