Anyone know why all the steam on Kansas? Line is down to 5 now.....I know there's a few hours before kickoff and that could change, but just wanted to know if any last minute injuries came up or something....thanks!

personally, i've always shied away from playing teams with bad d laying points on the road. hopefully the red raiders will put up plenty of points for you. g/l with the play.

I live in Lubbock and I have to tell you that the QB for Tech, Cumbie, is nothing like the past 2 QB's. Slow of foot, not a good reader of the defense, and very late when delivering the ball, even with plenty of time. Accuracy is suspect when pressured. Saw him in person last week vs TCU. Extremely overrated Qb in my opinion. I feel like he will be exposed very soon and possibly on the road this week vs KU. Tech D is better this year but the receivers are way down from last year except for Hicks. Cumbie is a 5th year senior starting for the first time and that is also a concern. Yes, I know Symons was a 5th senior but even a blind hog can find an acorn occasionally.

My bet is that No2 QB Hodges finishes the year as the starter and NOT because of an injury to Cumbie.
