Nick warned me on Friday..but I didn't listen. I had the Stros for a 10 unit play and they managed 1 run in the loss--of course they took the final two games and won the series. Whatcha gonna do??

The Cards send Finley, who I have always liked, but he has unfortunately, historically, never been given good run support. Cards have won 7 of last 10 at home, while Spos don't shine outside of Montreal as their 20-34 road record shows. Cards need a good series here and I like them to get out of the gate early. -160 seems a little steep, but, Cards should pull it out here.
S.F. v. Flubs: Well, hard to provide alot of really useful analysis on this one. Cubs are horrible....bullpen is the worst. Bonds, on the other hand heating up and the Giants right in the race and at home. Smythe pitching in his major league debut after sporting a 3-2 record (6.15 ERA) in Triple-A Iowa....say hello to Messrs. Kent, Bonds and Aurilia.
