Prior to the election out here:

in euphoric tone of voice

FRANCINE BUSBY IS GONNA WIN.....ITS A DEAD HEAT IN THE 50TH, A REPUBLICAN DISTRICT.....THE PEOPLE WILL SPEAK, THEY ARE TIRED OF THE CORRUPTION

After she gets drummed:

chirp chirp

However, according to Francine and the liberals this is a positive, the democrats have spokend and won....HUH???....she lost by 6 % points....how they can spin that one i will never understand esp when most liberals (in close pres elections) get 44-45 % of the vote in this district

Talk about manufacturing a point. Nice one, Freeze. How many big stories were out there BEFORE the few primaries that were held? I tried to find some and came across very few. The only one that got any kind of real press was Cunninghams area, and that one was getting a lot of press because of his massive corruption and the fact that the Republicans spent so much money (more than twice as much as the dems) to try to hold on to before there is another election in November. They spent $4 million plus to keep a republican in office for 6 months. Talk about damage control...they should have won big with all that cash flying around supporting the newest republican there. Guess I don't see where there should be any big story to tell from those elections, but spin it however you like.
