Well, another week of preseason is in the books and what a week for the movers. Saturday afternoon they came with Washington again, this time -3 after already pounding them up to -3 and with Green Bay -3 and Cleveland -3 to pull off a big sweep on their sides. This helped cap off an already successful week which saw them winning on Thursday with Cincy +7 and the same game under 37 and losing with Philly -3 and Friday following it up with wins from Dallas -3 and over 38 on the same game.
This doesn?t mean they didn?t have a busy baseball week; Monday started off with wins with Oakland +87 and the Padres +15 and losing with the Dodgers -48. Tuesday had wins with Tampa Bay -220 and Kansas City +20 and they stubbed their toes with Toronto +44, Texas -55, Cincy +215, and Atlanta -61. Wednesday was a little slow with wins on Boston +46 and the Twins +30 and losses with Cleveland +20 and the Dodgers again -20 and our old friends the Nationals +52.
On Thursday they win with Atlanta +18, the Dodgers -28 and the Indians +48 and lose with only the Padres +50.
On Friday they win with Pittsburgh -26 and the Padres +30 and lose with Oakland +30 and the Cubs +40. Saturday rolled around and the sharps garnered wins with Colorado -85, Tampa -60, Pittsburgh -35, Oakland +05, and the Red Sox +40 to have a monstrous day and they lose with only the Padres +215. On Sunday they came slightly back down to earth winning with Cincy +32 and losing with Florida +32, San Diego +67, and the Mets +69. With foots rolling along now, we will concentrate more on that and some futures news during the week but still update the baseball also.
