And the epipen has a very short ?shelf-life?. Many people can?t afford to keep one on hand even with very life threatening allergic reactions.
I just read today that rural Pennsylvania has really been hit hard by the heroin overdoses. Heroin is very unforgiving unlike meth (pity).
Yes, heroin has been a big problem here and I understand something must be done about it. I also understand that doing heroin is a choice one makes. I've made my share of bad choices in life and I know lots of people do make bad choices, but I own the consequences of those choices as should they.
Should we help heroin addicts, yes. Do we need to stop the flow of drugs coming into the area, again, yes.
It just seems like something is wrong when kids born with allergies and the parents of those kids are put to enormous financial burden yet Nracan is now free for the asking to protect drug users.

This is stupid. So, the users take their baggie of heroin (that?s probably been up somebody?s ass) and prepare it for injection in front of people paid by the state. Dumb.
