I must say that I am really confident in this pick. I was extremely confident until I saw the weigh in pics. Sergei doesnt look in great shape. I still think a good discipline boxer like him will almost always have Shannons number. Briggs will have to land a big lucky shot here to win. Does he have a chance? Ofcourse. Is it likely? Prob not. Briggs looks too big to me, and watching his comeback fights, his hands are low and he tires quickly.. Plus, he has shown a shaky chin in the past..

Liakovich pretty large here.

Bud im not knocking you for betting this fight what im wondering could anyone possibly be buying this fight? I just notice its on payperview and i can't imagine anyone buying it.

i was watching those little spots ppv shows you all day and i saw that the briggs fight was for 29.95 and the mayweather 49.95. Im surprised this is on showtime. could it be on payperview and showtime also? Just wondering no big deal.

If you don't have Showtime (for whatever reason) you can order individual events via cable ppv or satelite. If you go that rout, you get charged more than the yearly rate for Showtime, so obviously I don't have a clue what I'm talking about

anybody that lost good money on lyakhovich has my condolences....kenny weldon also has my condolences...

lyakhovich fought a horrible fight...didn`t use his mobility...his superior flexibility,hand speed and most of all,combinations.....

bent over repeatedly in brigg`s wheelhouse with the earmuff defense...and kept getting countered off that right hand lead to the body....even though briggs kept carrying his hands around his waist...

he fought lazy....briggs body language and flexibility was reminiscent of a post severe whiplash victim...or someone with spinal stenosis.....

and lyakhovich..who still,despite all this,managed to be ahead by enough to win unless he got stopped...found a way to get stopped...

at 2:59 of round 12?.........:nooo:

the good news?...you`ll probably never take a badder beat in this life....you got it outta the way...

the bad news?...the bad news is that the good news is akin to wiping shit off a turd...

Didnt use his mobility? Thats because he came into the fight looking like a pregnant bitch and had no mobility. I seriously almost vomited when I saw him come into the ring. Whats with these Russian guys? Seems like alot of them dont train for their fights. Jirov came in the same way for a couple of his last fights.

Anyways, Briggs is a complete joke as well. If he fights ANYBODY with a pulse when he defends the belt next time I am fading the hell out of him.
