License plate interpretation

So I was perusing personalized license plate options in NC. Every other option has an explanation- ie, protect our waterways, I love tennis, etc. I came across one with a simple title:

Watermelon

Is this what I think it is? I mean, I'm trying not to go there, but wtf else could it refer to? Why not have a baked potato on there? Or a bag of chips?
