I think they have a decided quickness advantage especially at the guard position plus they play better defense.
Duke?s front court and PG however are playing their best ball.
Playing over Notae 18.5 points and over Banchero 17.5 points. One or both will have a great game.
If the teams shoot the ball fairly well the game should go over.

I am loving the under the radar route we are taking. Vegas screams take Arkansas as I expected +7 or so before line came out. I hope they are right throwing out this trap. I am nervous and optimistic at the same time. I think our D will frustrate them badly. Too good of a story for coach K to get far. Go Hogs? +3.5 is a bonus

Been going to Duke games since 1963. Was on the Duke campus when Coach K arrived. Can remember the 1990 Arkansas win by Duke in the semis and the winning 3 that Scotty Thurman hit in the 1994 National Championship game. Corliss Williamson was too much to handle. While I agree with you about the defense being a problem ,Duke was able to handle Tx Texas defense. Yours however is quicker. Dribble penetration by Notae will be a problem. I do expect Banchero to rise to the occasion and have a great game. My prediction. 85-83 either way.

Tommy, if you were expecting plus 7 and the line is only 4, how is it screaming to take Arkansas? Would think just the opposite.

The reason is because I think it makes it look like a trap with a lower line begging the public to take Duke.

Thanks. Duke is 12-0 when AJ Griffin scores 11 or more pts. Banchero
will get his but it is time for the NBA lottery boys to step up and play like men.
Hate for them to lose but Musselman seems like a great guy and a great coach.
I do think if Duke wins tonight they win 2 more.

I was a senior in college and at Charlotte for that national championship game in 94? Great memories? First time I ever missed Easter Sunday at my grandmothers. I had to call and get permission to go from her and my parents. 10 years later Grant Hill was in the swimming pool with me on my honeymoon. He saw my Arkansas T-shirt and told me immediately he will never forget the shot Scotty Thurman hit over his roommate. Win or lose I am extremely excited about the coach we have and the recruiting class we have coming in. Looks like our program is back for a while. Gun to my head I still take Arkansas this game but I?m very nervous

Lyles and Toney have had big games versus Duke. Toney scored 30 plus.
Instead of 40 minutes of hell we will see 40 minutes of Notae driving the middle and shooting 25plus shots.

I think we could see a Duke-N Carolina final. I've seen Duke play and have been impressed with them. I haven't seen N Carolina play but I've got their rating 10 points higher from their overall rating to their rating based on their last 7 games.

They would meet in Final Four...Biggest Duke hater here. THey are playing like they were bored with regular season and ready for the main show. More talent than anyone in the field. It's there's to lose in these eyes. Hope my Heels can get rid of the slipper tomorrow and play there best game of the season as that is what it would take to take down the evil empire. Come on Hogs!!! turn it up 2H

Started with the bourbon too early , fell asleep and just now watched the game. Duke has matured into a very good team. I think we will see a classic Duke/UNC game next weekend.

maybe i'm overthinking this, but aren 't the heels in a big lookahead spot now? or is that not a factor at this level of the tournament? i cant believe the heels aren't talking about taking the blue devils out next weekend. i would if i were in their shoes.

imo it would be hard not to look ahead to the biggest game of your life - the situation has to have at the very least entered into the team?s collective psyche

i would recommend staying just outside the quarter

not sure what inventory is like but i have always liked the location of the hilton riverside - but anything just outside of fq and close to the river would be the area i would look
