Does anybody know why the line is moving in favor of St Luis. I see the line on the newspaper is +8. Offshores have it at 11.5 to 12 point underdogs. I like the St Luis. Any info would be appriciated.

The line was never at +8, at least I never saw it at 8. It started out at +10 and is at 11 1/2 now. Its moving because the house is on cali. Thats my take on it...

Once again line looks to good to be true. USF beat CAL by 20 and even though they are 7-0 they are not exactly killing everybody. They barely beat a terriable Northern Ill team. I whatch the USF playing Northern Ill 2 days ago. If that team have beat CAL by 20, St luis should be favored not an underdog yet the line is moving in favor of St Luis.
What the F@#K.

IMO California's game vs South Florida wasn't typical of their level of play. That was California's first game on the road and if you saw it you'll remember how Joe Shipp was hogging the ball even though he couldn't hit a shot (4/15 from the field including 1/7 from field points). Big men Solomon Hughes and Jamal Sampson only got four shots each despite playing the whole game.

In that game California was down big in the first half and couldn't get back into it.

I look for a different result tonight and a lot more sharing of the ball with the big guys.

How much do you think Home field adv is worth in this game. Compare the UF/MSU game w/ Duke/Temple game. I think the UF home was eather hangover or lost their voice at the Tennessee (football) game. Towards the end place was maybe half full. Duke game, even though it wasn't a close game like the UF game people was chanting Defense w/ less then 2 min left on the clock. They had a full house. Besides, As a side point don't undestand why do they have to play full court when they are up by 20 points at the end of the game. Are they trying to beat the team or the spread. I would understand for the fottball teams b/c of the polls and
BCS bullshit but the for BB all you need is a win. You don't have to make the opponent look stupid. I hear some coaches don't like to hear the pointspread b/c when they know they intend to not beat it. I think Duke's Coach Checks the spread out everyday before the training. JMO.

Well got sidetracked there. scratch the stuff on Duke and point spread. Thats a sperate topic. I think, St Luis should be favored by a couple on a natural field. Maybe pickem. But then my opinions is based on seeing USF Buholls play and St Luis play different teams.
