Gatti has had other run-ins with the law.

In September of '14 Gatti was arrested for disorderly conduct after a party that took place on Phillips Street in Amherst.

Some photos of court filings that can be found on the Only in the Republic of Amherst blog, Gatti supposedly "raised his left hand in a 'hook-em-horns'-like gesture" and name-called the arresting officer Richard MacLean -- who is Caucasian -- the N-word.


Gatti received four months of probation.


In less than 2 weeks following, Gatti was in trouble again, this time, charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer from another Phillips Street party.

"I'm a little concerned you're going to pull a trifecta before the month is over," Judge John Payne told him, according to Only in the Republic of Amherst.

Gatti was a UMass student at the time of the 2014 incidents.
