Buffalo +5.5 over Longhorn ***
ML ** +280

Think Colorado should be favored by a little Texas has won last 2 NIT home games and easily could of lost both.. South Dak St was down by I think almost lost a 16-20 pt lead.. If the Jackrabbits gave the ball to Baum who wasn't guarded they would of won...but Jacks gd decided he was going to be the hero and had 2 turnovers driving to the basket out of control while Baum watched wide open.. XU game Texas was lucky.. XU missed a FT to win it..went overtime.. there was a fathom foul called and an XU player or coach got a T' I was at the casino on a big screen TV with no sound..so really didn't know what happened but clearly there was no foul... anyway Hayes is out.. Sims does a decent job at the post.. Oset is hot or cold..Had 26 vs SD St and not sure how many vs XU.. Coleman and Ramey are 2 pts gds that are solid.. Ramey is a frosh and is really good.. Roach is back from his 3rd suspension and can help or hurt Texas.. If its 3 minutes to go Roach will take an ill advised shot or turn the ball over.. Colorado has had 3 seasons decent, slump, and hot...they ae some what hot.. in last few weeks they beat Utah,UCLA,Oregon, both Zona's
Last yr these guys were freshmen this yr they are sophs.. Wright is can score pass and play defense.. he has 163 assists..they play good defense and have size and speed at the wings..Bey is a power fd,and plays on top a lot at 6'7 and leading scorer and they have 2 bigs Swiert is 6'10 and Batty 6'8..think Buffs defense is tough and could slow down the Longhorns penetrating gd..
Not going to the game doglover..will watch it on Tv

Coastal +8 over De Paul *
Have to get back 1 * box after West Vir game

think a buffalo can out run and beat a Longhorn..but animals are tough to predict...Texas football beat georgia even though the bulldog scared the hell out of Bevo...but something happened to the Colorado Buffalo I think this year..

Sorry Dave yes Colorado
I did fail to note
Colorado is 4-12 ats on the road...but Texas is pretty bad at home.. maybe not that bad...but if its the NIT,CBI,CIT,FBI of CSI,NCAA.. throw all those trends out..its a new season..and the winner of this gets a trip to NYC and the Garden...
Texas crowd shouldn't be to big
South Dak St game had announced 1,600 attended..but doglover and I were there and maybe 600..if we keep our ticket it could be worth money in the future... I am going to go on ebay and sell it in 10 years...the XU game they said 3.000...not sure from my casino seat at the sports book...don't think the crowd will be big tonite..advantage to Texas playing in own gym...

UL Monroe-Tex Southern tomorrow...both teams can score and I have been in love with UL since I saw them...will check over-under

without looking
UL Monroe -4-6 over under 200... both teams :toast: can't wait to see that over-under line if its out there please post

Box, You know I want my Horns to win, and I think they will tonight. We have 5 guys (all play) that are 6'8" or taller and Colo. only has two, their big guy only ave.s 20 min./game. Xavier was a much better team than Colo. and most of the Colo. victories were at home (15-2). Roach played a much better game against Xav. than against S.Dk.St. He didn't hog the ball, nor play out of control. Febres actually shot something other than a 3 and was on target. Oset. played tough under the basket as did Sims, who I think is beginning to assert himself. Taking the pts may be ok , but ML ???? We will see! Go Horns. I'll be on row 18, cheering them on.
Oh yeah over/under on La(M) is 171.
