Lookin at
Ortiz for Anaheim--won with Anaheim last night, but not really crazy about trying them again. One less batter at the NL park.
They didn't exactly tear it up last night offensively.

Burnett for Florida

Estes for SF--pitching very well, plus SF gets an extra bat in this series.

Don't really see how Helling and Tex BP can be favored over too many people, but Bottenfield, sheez. Looks like an over to me.

Wish NYY game total was 8?--any comments on this total

Actually thinking about trying Phil with a decent LH pitcher on the mound--comments

or any other games

I was thinking the same thing with Philly today. They are coming off the loss last night, and Daal is their best guy having completely turned his situation around after last year's debacle. Mix in that--he is lefthanded, Varitek is out for the count, and Boston's overall record with Pedro on the hill has not been perfect...abd I think you get real value with the Phillies.

I expected the Sox to be a heavy favorite...but -270??? I 'll bite on the Phils +240!!!

Omar Daal has had a good year so far this year but.........

He has had only 1 good season and that was with Arizona in 1999. Last year he was 4-19 for Arizonia and Phil. His last outing agains Montral he only lasted 3 innings giving up 5 runs. In my opinion he has only beat 2 quality teams. He beat Atlanta in early April (early April games don't mean much to me), and he beat SF 10-8. In that game he gave up 6 runs and Phil scored 9 in the second inning. All his other wins have been agains lower end teams such as SD, COL, Pit. He makes me nervouse.

Boston at -270 is bit too much chalk for me. That's why I parlayed Boston and the Cubs.

Just my opinion for what it's worth.
