Looking for some advice

I am purely a recreational gambler and I have a few questions and I am looking for some advice. I have followed quite a few of posters on this site for awhile and it seems that alot of you are fairly successful.

I was wondering what would be a good sportsbook to start with to try and test out my success. I know there are alot of choices out there, I was just hoping that some of you could point out a few of the pluses and minuses of some of the choices.

The next question is about money management. I know there are alot of different systems out there as well. I was just wondering what systems some of you use and if you have found them successful?

I appreciate the time it would take you to give me some advice as any tips you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to all of your replies.
