This Louisville team has underachieved all year.I have seen them struggle poorly at times and look awesome others.Dave Ragone was a Heisman candidate early on but his offensive line has not given him the protection to be effective.His is a huge competitor and plays tough.I have to think he and his teammate's will play much better tonight on national t.v. against a weaker team.They have played a much tougher schedule.The thing that really jump's out to me is even with the tough schedule they only allow 2.8 yards per rush,So Mis on the other hand allows more than 4. I think Lousiville will control the defensive line of scrimmage,and stop So. Miss from rushing the ball, which they need to do to win.I do think they offer a much tougher challege for So. Miss with a more balanced attack.I think Ragone plays BIG tonight,both throwing and rushing and Louisville wins. That is of course they aren't called for pass interference 2 times at the end of the game in the end zone.
