friend of mine works with air cargo. a few weeks back they loaded one of those:
biggest single piece of machinery loaded was 36 tons,
i think he said that total cargo load was close to 110 tons :scared
and btw, that's the smaller one, Antonov 124
bigger one Antonov 225's max load is 80 tons more than whole 124 weights :scared

Saw a cargo transport on the ground recently and couldn't believe how big it was. Don't remember what airport maybe Midway or Newark.
