Why back an 0-13 team SU? Because they're playing a 3-10 team that's 1-5 on the road and has lost 10 straight overall.

The statistics are never going to be in your favor when you take a 7.5 point underdog SU, but basically what you have here is 2 bad teams; one that can't win on the road, and one that can't win period. I give Loyola Maryland about a 40% chance of winning this game, which makes +260 a value.
