Outright plays (1.5pts):
Rosie Jones to win 14/1 e.w. @ Paddy Power
Jones has almost become a regular feature on this page this year and while she has not won, she has been a regular contender and did finish 2nd in the Chick-fil-A Charity Championship earlier this month. But her low price is based on her excellent course form. She won tihs event back-to-back in 1996-97 and has finished in the top-10 in eleven of the last thirteen years here! Looking for at least a place finish from her this week.
Cristie Kerr to win 33/1 e.w. @ Stan James
Kerr has won this year and with four top-6 finishes in eight starts this year, it is surprising that she is available at these odds - there is no Se Ri Pak or Grace Park in the field. Her course form is respectable enough with a top-15 finish last year, so this does look rather like a rick.
Shi Hyun Ahn to win 50/1 e.w. @ SkyBet and Paddy Power
Not as much of an unexpected price for Ahn, but still value with a very consistent player. She won the Nine Bridges Classic in South Korea last year to earn her exemption on this Tour and she started as though she going to win several times this year. Her form did dip a little after opening with two top-5 finishes, but her last three finishes have been 11th, 14th and 16th, all on new courses for her and all after poor opening rounds. So with a decent start, she could certainly be a top-5 player again.
