LSU is a solid play

LSU is a solid play today. I don't think UCLA has played well in the tournament. They won some close games that could have gone either way and Memphis had an off night when they played UCLA. UCLA had an advantage playing in California as well. Today they're in Indy. LSU has been playing very well. They beat Duke and Texas which is pretty impressive. I think LSU has three or four future NBA players on their roster.
LSU moneyline -140.
The game might be close as UCLA is a good defensive team. Therefore, I'm taking the moneyline instead of giving points.

LSU needed a 3 at the buzzer to beat A&M and texas game was down to the wire... UCLA has played just fine...

you're right...UCLA hasn't played a full game well in the tourney...with the possible exception of Belmont (and even then they let them get an early lead). However, they have won when they should have lost (Gonzaga) and played lights out defense against Memphis while scoring only 4 buckets in the second half. If they come ready to play a full game today, they will dominate.

if you really feel lsu is a solid play, then you should have no hesitation laying 2 or 2.5 points. if you think the points are going to matter, maybe its not as solid a play as you thought. this has nothing to do with the play itself or who wins the game. rather, its about giving the sportsbook quadruple juice on your bet ... for one basket
