Yeah, that's one of Dr. Bob's picks. FWIW, his picks usually move lines a minimum of 2 points every week. The ironic thing is that he's been absolutely terrible this year, and yet his picks STILL move the lines 2-4 points.
Forgot to add... UCLA is his biggest bet of the week and it has gone up 2 points already as well. It's ridiculous how much faith people put in that joker...

I dislike pay guys as much as anyone else, but he has had some very good years in the past. As for the line movement, he releases his picks every Thursday and within hours of releasing his picks, every one of the lines jumps. His picks for this week, which he released earlier today, are...

Again, I'm not saying I'm a fan of the guy, just pointing out that this happens every single week, immediately after he releases his picks. I suppose it could be a coincidence every week, but I highly doubt it.
He has a huge following because for about 3-4 years he absolutely was killing the books. Last year in college he was over 60%. The lines move on his games EVERY week. The lines start moving within minutes of his releases so they are definitely moving because of him. I think he has some major customers overseass that bang these games he releases. Anyway, he has been terrible this year but good in the past. Just some background on Dr. Bob and line movement.
