LVH NFL Handicapping Contest - Stupid Question....

OK,

I can visit LV and sign up for this contest in August, but how do I make my weekly picks? Do you do it online?

Curious about this since I didn't think you could place wagers across state lines.

Appreciate anyone letting me know how this works.

you have to be there weekly to submit picks or pay for a proxy.
