MAAC conf plays on fridays nites and Sunday afternoons. For academic purposes . At least these schools have education 1st and most are catholic schools anyway. On Friday nite I swept the board with 4 MAAC wins and covers. But before my head swells going 4-0 think its been years since I swept the Friday or Sunday slate. So today could go 0-4 in a nanu minute.

Rider at home is there only advantage . Foxes play better defense but can't score Broncos can't score and also play no defense. Think Vaughn is back who transferred last yr to big time D-1 team ,realized his game was more suited for low D-1 and is back at Rider. Although he has been quiet this season so far think he wakes up after being pre-season POY 2 yrs ago Think he went to Miss St but they do have Murray a transfer from Incarnate Word . OMG if you read any of my football write ups you'll understand about Incarnate Word. Rider has the worst coach in D-1 in baggett . a few years ago had the most talent in the MACC and still lost Last yr they went 6-17 and came in 11th place in the MAAC. He doesnt have the talent he had in the past but just get the ball to Vaughn and maybe play some defense .

St Johnnies 1st half -8.5 over Fordham ****
Johnnies -16.5 over Fordham **
Stop Chuba . Johnnies have Champagnie who at 6'7 is a match up problem for the rams And Johnnies have Posh at the point who avgs 15 pts a game and 5 or 6 assists Chuba could be in trouble today
Denver +14 over Tex St **
Going to the 1.00 pm game today
Tx St offense is always in question but there defense is always there. Denver has a young roster but does have a 6'10 post player in Jones . This team was 2-19 last yr and with many transfers and new player it might take a while to gel But there won't be to many fans at this game today. Texas has some solid gds esp in 5'8 Harrell but it has no front line .Plus Isaih Smalls there 6'9 string bean fd who doesn't like the paint and shoots 3's might not play He had a boot on the other day Even if he plays I think 2 touchdowns is a lot for the Bobcats to cover. But this will be my 1st game to see the Bobcats from row 2 .. will get a better feel from them in their next game.
