MAAC tonite

Iona 6.5 over Peter ****
Both teams on a streak.. Iona has now won 7 in a row But Peter has now won 4 of last 5...after winning in OT vs Marist last night...back a few weeks ago Iona had just started to play better beat Peter 62-46..Iona has McGill who many would say is the best player in the MAAC and possible NBA future...he does it all,scoring passing, and rebounding. in last 5 games he has 14.30,13,21 and about 4-5 assists in every game.Crawford is another top player and these 2 are w/o a doubt the best gd tandem in the MAAC....now the 5'10 Gist is hot and that give Iona 3 tough gds to defend...Agee the only rebounder on the team is scoring in last 4,13,19,9 and 12 and has 8,9,8 and 12 bds in those last 4 games..Crawford is the most consistent player is hot in last 5 games scoring 21,18,16,20 and 17....the point I'm making is Iona with a 14-15 overall record has awoken somewhat..there defense is still horrendous but Peters Offense ranks in the 362's,268,255,and 321's scoring FG%,3 Pt%,etc they do play good defense .. Think Iona got to watch last nights Peter-Foxes game and will figure out how to slow down Peters offense..but the problem tonite is how does Peter stop the iona's gds..

Spent so much time on this game...Molson is the best player on the court for Griffs .. But Mahattan beat Griffs in there only game 70-65 at the Griffs...both teams are bad but when Griffs kicked of Reese there 2nd leading scorer,a top rebounder and led in assists.I knew their season was over...Reese was suspended in there 1st match up..will take the Griffs for a small play only because they had a bye last nite

JUji Houston was a tough loss last nite...

I played Rider to win the MAAC at +350 yesterday...they do have the most talent but the 2nd to worst coach..

Did not see game tonite but see that St Petes kept it close. When I saw line I remembered a few years back when St Petes made finals vs. Iona, who had Glover and Machado. Iona was a DD favorite and I bit with a big bet only to watch Clues not to make one adjustment the whole game and St Petes beat them outright. That started my hate affair with Tim No-Clues. Sorry you lost your wager. I truly am. I am not bashing. I wish you nothing but success and nothing would make me happier then to see you hit them all.

Clues is that girlfriend that you break up with but always go back to because she says this time it is going to be different. But it never is. Things will be great for a few days, weeks , even a month but they always resort to their old ways and break your heart.
