Here we go again..Rider has had 3 seasons alrighty..started out on fire,then lost 2 straight to Zona st and Mass ..then won 5 straight..then lost 6 of next 8,and now have won 2 straight...they have the best 5 starters in the conf 4 of them have scored over 1,000 pts they have Jordan the best pt gd and marshall the only real true post player in the conf..Vaughn is a 6'5 monster inside and Scott is a 6'8 wing that can shoot the 3..so what gives...no defense..they play quick tempo and run..but I guess they don't get back on defense..and that is why they are 11-8..they avg 73 pts a game and give up more..there at home vs the Stags who rank in the 300's in almost every offensive category..even if the Broncos play no defense the Stags could still have trouble scoring.. just maybe Rider realizes they won 2 in a row and now its almost Feb and we need to get out act together..if no Coach Baggett there coach is gone.. Rider is also 5-1 at home
Iona +1 over Siena **
Iona is at home and both these teams have hit rock bottom..these 2 teams are a combined 4-16 ats .. Saints are 0-9 on the road and won there last 2 home games before that they lost 3 in a row..Pickett is the MVP of the MAAC..but they did just beat Quinn and Marist by 13 and 15...of course at home..Iona avgs 69 pts a game but gives up 74..at home they only give up 70 pts ..going to take Iona for a small play as the Saints continue there winless streak
Marist +6 over Niagara **
Just maybe St Peters former coach Dunn has instilled some defense in the Foxes ..but Marist is the only team in the country that has no one avg double digits they have a few avg 9 pts Purple have Hammonds who does everything..if the Foxes can slow him down they will keep this close..

I had Tx st -12..ist half UL up 30-26... Pearson has 2 pts ..Ertel from UL putting on a clinic scoring 16 pts...2nd half UL goes zone...they have held the leading scorer in the Sun Conf to 2 pts and he is forcing 2 and 3's to no avail he ended up 2-16 and and 2-8 from the 3...why go zone coach..well they go zone and bobcats go on a 16 pt run before he UL goes back to man.. to late... Tx St wins by 20.. UL had 3-4 techs and coach had little control looking to see who they have next..TxSt had small crowd again but many students showed up and made home court an advantage ...
Paiscool..sorry about UTSA...Jivahhn and Wallace had 20 and 26 pts ..the next UTSA scorers had 6,5.4 and 3 these other players need to step up or your right..they are bad..looked at the box score last nite and the Roadrunners were beaten on the bds 43-21...think that says it all...thanks bucknott also lost Zaga so my 2 big plays went down my bad...Paiscool.put it all on Rider tonite...then fade my play and your a winner
