MAC vs. C-USA

Which conference is stronger? I think MAC is since MAC has OWNED the C-USA since 1997. 7-0 I think. I would like to hear other people's take on this. Iam having a HUGE argument about this subject with my freind doen in Cincy...so I would like to know what the "pros" think. thanks

Man, you are "the pros" when it comes to the MAC, Hellah10-- at least in football, anyway..

If I had to give an opinion, I'd vote for the MAC being the tougher conference from top to bottom. There is something about a so-called "smaller" conference playing football in the shadows of the Big-10. If you go thru the rosters of MAC teams over the years, I know you will find MANY transfers from Big-10 schools who have gone onto starring roles at a MAC school.
I know I'm, biased, but from D-1 all the way down to D-3, I think the Midwest produces the best football players and plays the best football in the country......

you know what..I was thinking the same thing. The best players DO come from the midwest. I can name 3 players that played in my high school football league that are in the pros right now. Charles Woodson(Fremont Ross), Damon Moore(Fostoria), Orlando Pace(Sandusky -home of cedar point). Ohio has produced alot of talent. But its hard to recruit them because Michigan, Ohio St, Notre Dame, and Indiana are only a 2 hours or less away. This year we have 2 MAC schools going against 2 C-USA schools...yet people say C-USA is stronger...I do not know why. I guess we will be 9-0 when we beat these 2 schools.

BTW - Charles Woodson has 450 yards rushing and 8 TDs when he played against my high school...final score 72-0...when my cousin played against Damon Moore...he said he hit him sooooo hard that his face mask got bent inwards towards his face. They also said Orlando pace could block 3 people at the same time! Thank god I wasnt playing at the time.
