What's the problem, people at Aces Gold? The casino will not connect!!! How frustrating is this?!

We apologize for the inconvenience. The CASINO experienced a server problem which prevented users from connecting and playing the casino.
Because the error occured after midnight, we were not able to restore service immediately. The casino has since been up this morning. Please try it again.

gerry - i finally get the casino to work and it freezes on me several times. then when i do get on, when it has blackjack it allows me to split my hand, then it reveals blackjack, thus costing me 2 times. i am not so happy with the site.
finally to make it worse, i try to bet on the cubs/pirates game, but you take it off the board at 10:19? Very frustrating.

Another thing that others can maybe verify:
The password page oftentimes does not let me log in, so I have to type it in 10 or so times. Also, I have tried to transfer money between casino and sportsbook and I got error messages for transferring too much money when I was transferring less than the amount I had available!!!!

I've been with them for almost a year and have not experienced a problem. Aces is a top notch book and sometimes things may happen beyond their control. Just another great reason to have at least 3 books. If one of them is down, no sweat, just surf on over to another site, or perhaps pick up a phone and give the book a call. Anyway, I hope all works out for you and good luck in the future

All games are taken off the board at the posted time that we have on the website. Even if the game have not actually started yet. So do not wait to get your sports bet in the last minute coz you might be cut off.
