Hey guys going to Vegas this weekend and looking for a good Steak. In the $25-$50 range not top shelf but still want something good. I'm use to buffets and the normal fare w/ the wife. Any help would be great. Thanks

i'm not either of those guys but i travel alot to vegas so i've probably stayed at 75% of all the hotels. i found the steakhouse that locals voted as the very best 3 years in row, AUSTIN'S @texas station. its in your price range but 20 minutes from the strip. if you go get the ribeye, its grilled with mesquite applewood and has an incredible rub.
Thanks Johnny but we don't have a car and was looking for something on the strip. That does sound good however. Looking for something a little lower than Emiral's(what ever the spelling0 place.
sorry, i'm not much help in that area. i'm sure if you go to the steakhouse in any casino it will be a good one. except the buffets and chains. emerrils, binions, circus cirus i have tried and liked a lot.
nine at the palms (hotties all over the place, one in chicago is better)
charlie palmers by mandalay (prob the best but a bit more formal and pricey)
delmonico's at the venetian (top notch)
golden steer (off the stip by about 1/2 mile...where the rat pack used to go....not bad but not as pricey as others)
of course there are the ruth cris, mortons, lawreys, palm in vegas as well but you likely can get those in your city.....if not then hit up mortons.
all of the above will run you and you're wife a c-note or more including drinks.
smith and wollensky's across from ny/ny (good, one in ny is better)
