Ok I know the odds of the "MMA Crew" getting together in Vegas at the same time are about the same odds of me having a threeway with Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie, but hey why not try.

So yes, it will be next to impossible for all of us to meet at one time, but stranger things have happened. I mean if Kimbo can fight in the UFC then anything can happen:142smilie

Obviously we'd all go to a UFC event, so the dates would be when a UFC event takes place. But since it will take about 14 years for this to get arranged it really isn't a pressing concern to pick an event. So here is what I suggest:

Everybody throw out some dates, maybe, just maybe 5 or 6 of us can all agree on a date and go from there. Of course it would be amazing if all of us could go to the same event, but maybe 5 or 6 of us could narrow a date down:shrug:

So here are the names I can think of...........

Just the thought of Weinerdog being left off this list makes me have no interest.

My dad is currently dating a SWA employee and she grabs buddy passes for me when I need them so my travel plans are usually pretty care free.
I am trying to decide if I am going to the Texas/Bama game this week or not as I have a buddy pass now.
My problem is flights out of Texas are over booked as it it so getting to Cali this week on a buddy pass my be next to impossible.
Any future date trip to Vegas is pretty easy for me.
Do we auction off who gets the room with Weinerdog?

I suggest we get together and watch the PPV somewhere vs going to the event. "Decent" seats for the shitty Couture-Coleman card are running $600. Nosebleeds are $200+.

I think I could make something happen for that weekend in May if others decide to make the trip.

I might be down for meeting in Vegas. It really depends on what goes on with my wife, we separated in November so if things stay the way they are I'll be more than ready to hang out with the MJ MMA boys.

Evans and Rampage could be taking place in May, I would have to say that I would love to be at that fight.

Layinwood....good pint...that could be the time Rampage and Rashad fight.

That would be a great card to go to....and with the expo at the same time that would be an amazing weekend for the madjackers:00hour

The Expo takes place May 28-29 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and then ya have UFC 114 on the night of the 29th

Now that would be one hell of a good time:00hour

Only negative is that getting tickets for that event will be tougher then pulling a fat kid off a twinkie. Getting tickets will not be easy and will cost more then a weepaul wager:scared

If kegray can set up a Kimbo guest appearance i'm there..

Something later in the year would be best for me. A. Silva/GSP/Shogun are guys I have to see live at some point. Maybe i'll contact Dana and have him customize a card for me...

I will see what I can do but he might be busy getting ready for his title shot that weekend.

We can take a field trip to Dana's office as it appears as though they are easy to spot as they are the two biggest buildings in Vegas according to Dana.:SIB

Note: The Rampage/Rashad fight is 90% sure to be in Montreal.

Anyway......I think UFC 114 would be a great time to meet:SIB

That weekend looks to be pretty expensive, since it is a Holiday weekend.

It doesn't look like the rooms are any different in price than what they are for any normal Vegas weekend.

http://www.vegas.com/bookingagent/hotel/SearchResults.jsp

The results were weird as I pulled up these rates for a random weekend (May 7th-9th) and got these:
Mirage $132 a night
Luxor $140 a night ???
Planet Hollywood $209 a night ???
Flamingo $95 a night

Then pulled up the 28th-30th weekend and got these:
Mirage $156 a night for Fri/Sat.
Luxor $132 a night.
Planet Hollywood $167.
Flamingo $125 a night.

Weird how Luxor and PH are more.

As for rooms then if I go which I probably will then I could go solo in a room or split a room if someone wants to save some coin. I don't really care either way as long as nobody puts me in a armbar in the middle of the night and there are two beds.:142smilie

I use the room about 6 hours a day and 5 1/2 are for sleep.

I was talking about flights, yo. Southwest flights are usually $240 for me (after tax), but I saw flights are going for around twice that.
