Hi Gang,

I have lurked long enough. Time to post some plays:

SYRACUSE @ GEORGETOWN:

I believe that Goergetown is playing better ball right now. Syracuse has failed to cover the spread in their last 4 outings. In Syracuse' last 4 road games, they have been outrebounded
127-51. That is a HUGE factor!

Georgetown coming home after 2 tough road games, (PITT & ND), and should enjoy some home cooking.
In each clubs last 5 outings, Geotwn leads all catagories, FG%, 3 PT%, FT%, and rebounding.

I see these 2 teams about even. BUT....coupled with the fact that Georgetown is playing better right now, plus the homecourt advantage, *********I like G'town for 2 units.*************

WRIGHT STATE @ ILL/ CHICAGO:

Wright St is a very under rated team! They are 7-2 over the last 9 against the spread! Illinois /CHI has been shooting only 57% from the F/T line. This is usually contributed to lack of concentration. Have lost 3 of last 4 ATS @ home. I think that Wright St getting 2' points is gift for two teams going in opposite directions. ******* Wright St for 2 units.********

BYU @ UTAH:

I don't understand this line!! I show Utah winning this game by at 13 points. Utah is absolutely scorching the twine right now, shooting over 50% from the field, and a whopping 59% from 3 POINT RANGE, in their last 5 outings. Utah finally starting to crash the boards the last couple times out.

BYU is 1-5 on the road, and Utah is 10-1 at home this year.Utah has won 8 of last 10 in this series, by an average of 14 points. BYU has lost 2 in a row, and Utah hasn't lost since Lassie was a pup!! ********** I am playing Utah as a BIG PLAY 5 UNIT SELECTION!!******************

Good luck to all, & wish me luck on my maiden voyage!! :) :)

Wright State does look solid. They've been in Chicago for several days now so no travel factor to consider. UIC played very, very hard against Butler for about 35 minutes but still lost, and didn't even get the cover. 6'11" center Solverson is likely to be out again. UIC's front line goes: 6'9, 6'5, 6'2 while Wright goes 6'8, 6'8 and 6'8 with a 6'4 guard.

RECAP

RECAP

Believe me Fellas, we were on the right side with Utah tonight. That 22% from the 3 pt arc wasn't close to the 56% that they had shown in the last 5 outings. To blow a 12 point halftime lead at home is uncanny. I can't believe that Utah quit playing defense in the last few minutes, and let BYU walk in for uncontested layups. They were down 7 with 5 seconds to go; where was the 2 points gonna help? Guess BYU knew the spread! So, I'm down 1' units to start my debut. Shoulda been a sweeper. More tomorrow!!:)

We may have been on the right side, but we lost so we by definition were not on the right side. Like you said it, that line makes no sense. Thats why the backdoor cover is no surprise.

Good job today.
