I'd mentioned previously that Parker's replacement (Udrih) has been less than stellar in this series (particularly in gms 3 and 4 obviously), so Manu played quite a bit of pg in game 5. I'd expect even more of the same. What can Det do to stop this? I'd say half and full court trap him.
Also, SA is about a 1:10 favorite at winning the series but Manu's odds of winning the MVP are stiill pretty long, I'm seeing +460. If SA wins tonight (which is hardly a given Larry Brown wiil assure us) and if Manu has a monster game tonight then I'd have to think he'd have a reasonable chance at it although Duncan's still the likely choice. Just something to think about and again, Detroit is hardly gonna roll over tonight.
