MARCH MADNESS IDEA? Thoughts on this?

I have a 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera that I would like to sale/get rid of.....I came up with this idea......Thinking about making a board for the NCAA Basketball Championship game with each number costing $15-20.....The half-time winner wins $100 and the winner at the end of the game get's my car......Any input on this would be appreciated.....

my guess is, that without a raffle permit it would be illegal, and not sure if you can get a raffle permit if you aren't a non profit organization.

(only a guess tho, it certainly ain't based on knowledge )

probably not legal, like mama said, plus, anytime i've ever seen money being exchanged between forum members, there was always problems. can't do it here. sorry.

Jack never said I was doing it here or anywhere else for that matter....it's an IDEA.....If I do decide to do it, it would be done by people I know here in Austin......
