I have no idea if he did it or not. I lean toward no even after these charges have been filed.

BUT, I am so sick of politicians holding press conferences and this boob who wants nothing more than to get his stupid face on tv. This guy is making it seem like he is pained to file these charges and like he actually cares about kobe and the victim. BS idiot, you just want more face time.

Kobe is guilty as charged. These athletes get followed all the time by woman. Why dont they see this stuff coming to them ? He has admitted to penetration of a hotel employee. That looks nice on the resume.

Lets face it why go through this.

We all know this will not come to trial . Charges will be dropped after a long negotiation.

Kobe Bryant gives up 5 million to the girls family and everything goes away. Seen this too many times.

Mike Tyson also made a money offer to his rape victim and she did refuse and Tyson goes to jail. Kobe aint missing no Laker games next season.

We seen this with Allen Iverson and didnt he buy out of it .

Its sad Bryant would put himself in this situation with a wife and a new baby just born in Jan 2003. Its sickening this is life in America.

The DA got his fifteen minutes of fame. Its theatre.
