NEW YORK - Wall Street tumbled Thursday, sending the Dow Jones industrials down nearly 300 points on more disappointing economic news....

........Oil prices sharply declined after the government reported a lower-than-expected drop in U.S. gasoline and crude supplies. A barrel of light sweet crude fell 99 cents to $108.44 to on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Gold prices also fell.

Oil drops, and so does the market. that can't be possible?

Oil and the market seem to be moving in opposite directions lately. Of course the economic news is so bad that even the drop in oil can't lift it. Just think were it would be if oil was still rising? But yes it does seem that things are even worse than I thought. Funny Palin never mentioned it though.
