For some reason every time I am on a home team they lay an egg. However Marquette +4 appears to be a gift. Coach Crean = DEFENSE. Dwayne Wade = Offense and the best player I have seen at Marquette going back to the 70's. This team with addition of Jackson is better than last years team and I think Notre Dame has dropped. I think they win this game outright.

See my thread about system play. The system being to bet an unranked home favorite over a road ranked dog. It seems really stupid, but I would be all over this game if it was Marquette -1, but I'm having a real hard time with this at Marquette +4.
Whenever I'm shocked by a line, I get very, very nervous. Still don't know what I'm going to do. No way I'm going to bet the Irish, but if I lay off and Marquette rolls like I expect them to, I'll feel pretty damn stupid.
May take Marquette for 1h and then reevaluate at halftime.

Only thing that worries me is Wade has gotten into foul trouble in the past and being on the road he could have some calls go against him. Also Marquette lost PG Henry who was a terrific defender and they may not have anyone to match up with Thomas. I think this one could come down to FT shooting at the end. Line looks dead on to me so I'm passing. GL with Marquette.
