Last week, I tried a system I thought of using the Massey ratings as a way to weed out plays with the best value. The idea is to convert the Massey rating prediction percentage to a moneyline, compare it to the book's line, and find an overlay with long term positive expectation. So far, the system has done ok...I am going to track it's progress at Best Bettor.
