Does he do this often?

As smart as he is, I hope this is merely a memory lapse.

just a voluntary effort by one guy, sometimes he's a little late -what a nerve, huh? he has an address for donations, we really ought to get together and help the guy a little for his efforts. he does an excellent job and has the best numbers imo.
