I recently put some money in my offshore account. They gave me a 10% reload bonus and a 20% Matchplay bonus. Could someone explain to me exactly what Matchplay bonus is. I looked at my balance and it only reflected the 10% bonus. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

you probably have to call them for your match play bet.
here's how it works;
let's say your match play bonus is $100. you bet the $100 and if you win, you are credited the amount you won without the bet amount.
if you bet $100 to win $100, you'd be credited $100 to your account instead of $200 (the $100 you bet and the $100 you won)
make sense?
you only get to keep the amount you won with that match play bet.

is half of a cash bonus
say 10% cash bonus of $1000 is $100 added to your account
if you bet $100 and win you have $200
say 10% matchplay bonus of $1000 is a $100 free play if you win the bet they put $100 in your account some will put less because of the juice.
