I forgot who I was discussing this with on the thread but I said and I will repeat myself once again. The MAVS are a soft team that WILL NEVER win a title with this lineup. You can mark that down anyway you like. They have nothing inside. Porty should have started Z Randolph after game 2 but man HE himself IS KILLING DALLAS. Dallas has talent and is a good team but NEVER a championship team with this roster. A bunch of bit$hes inside with bradley and lafrentz inside. Sac & LA will clobber tham easily. When Dallas was up 2-0 someone asked me if i still consider Dallas soft and I said yes and still do. Porty is without D Anderon (for nearly the entire series and S pippen, yet they are keep this close. If porty wasnt so undisciplined they could easily be up 3-2. Dallas is soft any way you slice it...

I have to agree with you Woizee.
Dallas shows their soft interior bellys at the most inopertune times. Pippen made a diff tonight. He is a court leader with his actions.
Cant see Dallas winning the next game back in Portland. Dallas has to be the fav I would say.

Scott yup u hit it on the head. As good as Dirk and Finley are, these guys are all mainly perimeter players. You dont see them play strong to the hoop. Only really agressive guy they got is najera and he isnt really much more than a role player. Dallas needs to ship like lafrentz and their first round pick and either draft a big man (maybe Kaman?) or trade for someone. I mean jesus they have de nada inside. I think Dallas made a bad move in trading with the Wiz to get Juwan and giving up Etan Thomas, (not to mention c alexander) with that package. Etan Thomas is a physical player who can BANG and plays inside and doesnt shy away from contact.. oh well, I love watching all of Mark Cuban's funny faces on the bench lol so i think we will see a few more...
