OK heres the deal paying on loan Mom made way back 07 all of sudden the Citizens bank home equity company gifted me.
They closed and discharged the debt???
I couldnt make the payment at local branch this is how i found out.
SO for the umpteenth time they ask me to fax documents that i'm executor of the estate
I bluntly told both bitches I did this 9 times with you check back in files of 2009
NOPE cant find em.
So ask second bitch what happens now.
It gets moved to collection agency.
Ya know they buy debts for pennies on the dollar.
BUT heres the kicker
they never put loan in my name they left it in my mothers name

I have 14 letters sent in her name to get help with mortgage.
So i think i'm going to escape the final debt of only $2900 by telling the vultures i dunno wtf your talking about
Then when they ask who i am just say i'm not telling you that information.

dUNNO maybe i'm free of this debt i was told banks do this because it's not worth it for them to carry the debt any more the principal is paid off
really they only have some late fees to try and collect which of course i dont worry about because the debt is my moms name.
