In a praise-filled review for Hacksaw Ridge, industry website Variety said "it will likely prove to be the first film in a decade that can mark (Gibson's) re-entry into the heart of the industry.

sure would be nice if someone made a GREAT film .....


I haven't seen one in a long time.

Thought it was a solid movie, and I like watching older era type movies......lot's of shoot um up and gore, which doesn't bother me. I liked the fact that it was based on a real life story. Not world changing, yet ....I found it very entertaining :0008
