Mendenhall/Parker Question

I just turned on ESPN and heard the tail end of something regarding Willie Parker being out and Mendenhall was going to be the starter now.
Anybody else catch the whole thing?...I think I must have missed some important information.

EDIT: Nevermind...found it...Parker is out for Monday night's game and is considered week-to-week after the injury in the 4th QTR

i think they may miss nose tackle casey hampton more given that the ravens have a very strong inside running game...

In my fantasy league, Ive got Frank Gore, Jamal Lewis and LenDale White as my RBs and just picked up Mendenhall after I heard the news today.
Anyone got an opinion on who I should sit. I can play 3 RBs (obviously I am not going to sit Gore)...
