AMSTERDAM
Grosjean v Chela - Keep an eye on this one. Chela is retrning from his drug suspension and has come back with a point to prove. His ranking is now pitiful, but he qualified here dropping only six games in six sets. He qualified last week for a challenger, only to run into an eventual finalist in R1. I'd take 3.75 or better for Chela if on offer.

Ulihrach v Behrend - The Czech reached the final in Bastad on Sunday, losing to Gaudenzi after taking the scalps of Norman, Portas, Meligeni and Jonsson along the way, which is a much formline than that of his opponent today. Behrend has lost in the first or second round of challengers in the past few weeks, so there is a major class difference here.
Ljubicic v Browne - Ljubicic was good for us last week, and I see no reason not to follow him this week back in his home country. Browne couldn't even qualify at Schenevingen last week, so I can't see him doing much to trouble Ljubicic here.
Portas v Puentes - Portas reached the quarters last week in Bastad, losing to Ulihrach after wins over Vlasov and Acasuso. Puentes has lost in the opening round of his last two challengers. The slate stands at 1-1, both last year, but Portas has taken a big step up this year.
Nalbandian v Moldovan - A match more suited to challengers, but there's still money to be made on it. The Argentine has reached the semis of his past two challengers in Venice and Schenevingen, losing to C.Rochus and Sluiter, while Moldovan has been battling through qualifiers, and even lost in the first round at the Mantova challenger last week. Nalbandian should be too good.
Forced for a bet today, I'll take a multi at Umag.
