2-0 yesterday as the nationals/braves had a pitching duel all night long.
funny thing is that the nationals actually hit the ball very well, just couldnt have the big inning; thankfully.

1. mets -20 first 5.
2. mets -25 for the game.

ironic that willie randolph was saying how important this road trip was to his team and the fact that they needed to gain some ground in their faint hopes for a wc birth.
zambrano has only allowed more than 3 runs once in his last 14 starts.
impressive.
wright on the other hand has pitched decently; on the road.
at home however, he has been horrible.
he has given up 4 runs or more in 7 of his 9 starts with an era of 7.50.
ugh.
looking for the mets to get their lone victory at the mile tonight.
