wether or not any of the players admit it, mets vs yankees is a high pressure game every time they meet. there is even more pressure on yankees players as the mere thought of losing to the mets scares them silly as they know the boss is watching. i.e. few years back enrique wilson misjudges a fly ball and the boss trades for raul mondesi the next day. with that said, the yankees have a few players who really crap the bed when the pressures on. i am referring to kevin brown and tom gordon. these 2 guys have no clue how to handle pressure. tom gordon his entire career and kevin brown much more recently. with that said my play of the day is ny mets team total over 4, -140. the only way i see this not going over is if the yanks jump on zambrano real early and ease brown into it. although they may get to zambrano, i still don't see the mets bats being held under 4 here. too good a lineup vs too bad of a pitching staff. mets over 4,-140 is the play. any thoughts?
