Big Phil has announced that he will sit his 5 players who have yellow cards. Christiano Ronaldo, Deco, Pauleta, and two other starters are the five. This is a game that has good money value. Without these five Mexico has a superb chance of winning. All they need is a tie to advance, but they would rather not have to play Argentina.

now that is some big news because the five players include the likes of Pauleta, Deco, and C. Ronaldo. However, three of the substitutes were starters in the first match and "Big Phil" told the subs that they may crack the starting eleven during the knockout round if they play well.

Take heed in jumping all over mexico because of these substitutions. Only one of the subs is defensive and mexico is struggling to score w/ out Borgetti. Honestly tho, it doesn't really matter where you finish in this group because either way you have to play either Argentina or the Netherlands in the next round, pick your poison

i don't think Mexico's offense (as seen in Angola's match) is a threat to Portugal's defesive know how and i believe that both teams will quite settle for a tie...btw Mexico is the favorite in odds by +120 (to Portugal's +150 an tie +200) so the real value is in theTIE ora safer bet is to take the HANDICAP 0:1 for double opportunity with Portugal win or tie ( which pays same as Mexico's +120)
