MGM Grand Promo

Hope you guys had an excellent Fourth of July weekend.

I'm going to be in Vegas 3rd week of October staying at the MGM Grand.

I left reservations up to my buddy and after checking status, it has come to my attention that our $55 a night rate is no longer available.

Has anyone run across a MGM Grand promo?
