Mike Leach to Miami?

Lot of whispers coming out of Lubbock that Miami has talked with Leach and are interested. Anyone know if this has any legs?

very interesting if this is true, couldn't imagine a Miami team going 4 and 5 wide every play........i enjoy watching his Texas tech offense, what a upheavel it would do to their program if that were the case

I frankly dont think it is a fit but this does have some legs.

Mike Leach at Miami could be dangerous. The guy can coach...and put the Miami recruiting name behind him and he may be able to do something. I am not sure if he will be able to control that program though, he isn't the most disciplined coach himself.

I love watching Leach's teams play...but with that said I hope he takes his "Pirates" out of my back yard and to the Miami beaches. :sadwave:
