When is he getting fired? Seriously. It is time for him to go he has lost this team last few years. This season just the icing on the cake. They are clearly not playing for this guy anymore

I've wanted him gone a lot longer than the last few yrs... he's a micro-manager, wants to call every pitch, etc... he has had conflicts with every GM they bring in, and he always stays and the GM goes... and they don't get any better.
I wanted them to get Joe Maddon (now Cubs mgr) 2 yrs before he went to the Cubs.. he was winning with TBy and they had no budget.. now with the Cubs (and plenty of $$), he will lead them to the World Series.
It's past the time he should be replaced... but now the question would be, who are you going to get to take his place. That's one I'm not sure about.
