Mini- tow?

Hey gang! I am looking for a handy little item I believe it is called a "mini tow. This is like a small wrecker. It will hook nehind your vehicle and pull a car just like a wrecker hookup.

I am not talking about a tow dolly this litte jewel looks like a mini wrecker and is fast & easy to hook up to a vehicle ...i've only seen two of them. Someone told me they were made by a company near Winter Haven Fla. but I am still looking.

Can anyone help me locate one of these things?

(already tried a net search,..... but that is not my strong point)
